A 4 STEP ENERGY HEALING PROCESS created for optimal results:

Healing the emotion. This is sometimes at least a 2 session process with cellular memory release being a session all of its own, depending on the depth of the issue.
Cleaning off the aura. As we go through life and life happens to us, we can have our auric field muddied as I like to call it. Think of Pigpen from the Peanuts and the dust that is around him. You probably do not even know it is there until it is cleaned off and you feel lighter, less burden, clearer.
Crystal therapy. All crystals and gemstones have a different vibrational frequencies, it is a way of balancing the energy and pulling out pain. I place them on and around you.
